All items that I sell will have the usual 3-day inspection w/full sales price refund minus all shipping charges when returned in same basic condition as shipped. There are no "hidden charges" for boxing, handling, etc ...just the actual shipping costs, including insurance. ALL items are sold in USED AS-IS condition and as "Collector Curios and Antiques" with NO guarantees, warranties, or liabilities implied or given for any actual usage! ANY inferences or comments made by me on these antique guns as to their shooting conditions is for informational description purposes ONLY and is NOT meant or intended to be a guarantee or inference of the items safety for firing!! Payment MUST be in either a bank Cashiers Check or Money Order ONLY. Payment must be received within ten-days of any finalized deal or ended auction, or the auction is considered VOID. Also, I usually will NOT ship outside of the U.S. due to the inability to insure items once they are outside of the U.S. postal system and the problems incurred ...but if the buyer accepts this responsibility of possible damage or loss, and if he checks his Customs laws and is legal to import an antique weapon, then I MAY ship outside the USA, depending on the country involved. I also will NOT ship into the City of New York, the State of New Jersey or the State of Hawaii unless the buyer sends me all the necessary Police permits, a C&R license, and whatever paperwork I might require.
