Parker muzzle loaded double barrelled shotgun?

I just purchased what looks like a 12 gauge double barrelled shotgun at an estate sale. It has Parker stamped on both sides just below and to the front from the hammer assembly. I didn't even realize that it was a muzzle loaded gun until I got home. I took it apart and found the number 18 stamped on the bottom side of the barrell. Can anyone tell me what I have or how to find out what I have?
