$2,000.00

GR79-1122-4374, Sharps NM 1863 SRC converted to .50 cal cartridge after the Civil War for the Indian Wars. #C, 15xxx with visible cartouches under the saddle ring bar. Large amount of scabbard wear on butt stock. The stock shows bumps, dings and evidence of use and having been carried. There is saddle wear on the left side of the butt stock. I love finding guns with wear like that, it is proof the gun was carried for a long time on horseback. The barrel shows about 25% original blue. It is mostly in protected areas, but scattered about the barrel in streaks. Clear markings. Mottled gray frame, lock and lever with flashes of bright case color in protected places. The bore is bright, shiny crisply rifled with crisp rifling. There are a few very fine spots but barely any. Fine condition bore. Very good exterior and fine bore.
