GR-0424-6074, Smith & Wesson Double Action Frontier Model. 44-40 cal. Desirable 6 inch barrel. 6 shot. Serial number 10,xxx matches on the frame, cylinder barrel and latch. The grips are original S&W grips. There is an excellent repair to the left grip, it is the rear toe. I didn’t even notice the repair until I put a bright light on the gun. The gun is very handsome with about 15% original blue finish mixing to a nice handsome chocolate patina. There are flashes of bright case color on the trigger and hammer. Crisp and functional mechanics in DA and SA. The ejector is functional. Crisp and clear barrel address. The bore is bright, shiny, crisply rifled with some very fine spots but not much. Better than average, very good + bore.
